I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Bachelor’s from Temple University. As a Philly native, I bring a diverse and down-to-earth approach to therapy, believing that every individual has unique goals and needs. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—ages 4 to 60—across settings like outpatient programs, crisis residentials, and schools. My experience spans intellectual disabilities, mood disorders, anger management, BPD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and more.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each person’s needs. Some clients seek perspective, while others need concrete tools. I use a variety of modalities—from psychoeducation and DBT skills to goal-setting and emotional processing—ensuring that each session addresses your unique concerns and moves you forward in a way that feels right for you.
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about music, carpentry, and being creative. I believe in the importance of self-expression, and I bring that mindset into my therapeutic practice, helping you develop the tools and confidence to create the life you desire with intention, purpose, and resilience.
