We specialize in individual, child, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster mental and emotional well-being. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

​

We are offering both salaried and fee-for-service full-time positions for Licensed Therapists who are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional in Pennsylvania with experience in individual, child, and family therapy. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, children, and families.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Maintain timely and accurate records of clinical sessions and client progress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines as required by the Pennsylvania licensing board.

 

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Experience in individual, child, and family therapy is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
